In Agnos, click your plan at the bottom left, paste the key or the whole email, and press Activate. Exporting unlocks straight away.

Questions
Is this a subscription?
No. You pay once. Nothing renews, and your 2.x licence does not expire. A future major version may be a separate purchase; whether you buy it is up to you.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your projects, your cleaned files and Review all stay, and keep working. Nothing is deleted. Exporting needs a licence: buy Pro, or enter a key you already have, and export straight away.
Do my documents get uploaded anywhere?
No. Everything happens on your computer. Only licence activation goes online: the key and a device name, never your documents.
Can I use it for client work?
Yes. Pro and the Company Pack include commercial use, including client documents.
How does the Company Pack work?
One purchase gives your company one licence key for up to five people, on up to 10 devices in total. Everyone enters the same key in their own copy of Agnos. It stays with your company: it can’t be resold or given to a client.
Can I move Agnos to a new computer?
Yes. Deactivate the old computer in Agnos, then enter your key on the new one. If the old one is gone, email [email protected] and we’ll move it.
Does it work on a Mac?
Not yet. Agnos is for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit) only. Want it on a Mac? Email us and we’ll tell you when it’s ready: every email counts toward building it.
